1. Introduce of products
XK8450FB CNC roll notching machine is suitable for processing cylindrical with diameter less than 650mm, length less than 2500mm roll, automatic processing of φ 5~ φ 60 screw steel roll of various specifications of crescent, high rib groove (GB1499-2018 standard). And according to customer requirements of automatic cutting different rotation direction, arbitrary helix crescent groove angle, can equal to any in the roll week (or unequal) indexing or spaces, but also can automatically seal product specifications, in the roll on any position grade, brand mark. Also can be arbitrary groove, text, marking processing of non-standard roller according to user requirement. The utility model can achieve the purpose of high automation, outstanding performance and multiple purposes of one machine.
2. Introduce of products
This machine is mainly used for roll (especially high hardness roll) processing. Its function is to use "flying cutter" to cut the groove of the transverse groove on the roll pass, and to use "Swing engraving head" to carve and process the character mark on the roll pass.
Materials of roller : ordinary chilled cast iron roll, high nickel chromium, medium nickel chromium composite roll, high speed steel roll and tungsten carbide roll ring can be made. Tungsten carbide roll ring, the hardness of high speed steel roll surface is ≥HRC70;
Roller size: Ф500(Max.) / Ф100(Min.) ×2500mm(Length);
Size of roll groove : φ 5~ φ 50 ,the rib groove accuracy meets the GB1499.2-2018
standard requirements;
Cutting type: Machining groove of roller by "fly cutter" & "Swing engraving head" engraving logo trademarks;
The "fly cutter" and the "Swing engraving head" are independently arranged and
controlled .
CNC system: SIEMENS 4 axis high-end CNC system, full set of original servo drive.
1) This series of machine tools adopt the integral guide rail machine body structure, and the benchmark guide rail adopts the integral ultra audio frequency quenching, which highlights the high rigidity, high precision and stability of the machine. The horizontal guide rail shield is fully protected by stainless steel shield to ensure its service life.
2) This machine tool inherits the patent structure of XK93 series, including the design of flying knife transmission, positioning, clamping and supporting structure, and on this basis, it is strengthened as independent functional parts.
3) The knife shaft transmission chain all use 6 grade precision grinding gear, to ensure the full implementation of program instruction tool path of NC system, eliminating the groove processing because the accuracy of transmission chain, poor rigidity caused by misalignment, broken knife hidden defects. Especially in the processing of small size tungsten carbide roll ring, it highlights its superior performance.
4 ) Rapid spinning holder support structure learning characteristics of the same kind of machine from Italy, support block adopt arc surface support, the support effect is good, at the same time at the top of the tool rod with top support activities, to improve the support stiffness and precision of the tool holder.
5) The main shaft of the fly cutter adopts the H40 type big diameter spindle end, which can meet the requirement of processing 50mm equal rib groove.
6) The "Swing engraving head" adopts high precision turntable bearing structure to solve the problem of the rigidity of the milling head support, and greatly improves the sensitivity and positioning accuracy of the rotating direction.
7)Carving milling spindle adopts stepless speed regulation of the motorized spindle direct drive, power 2.2 KW, top speed of 8000 RPM. Can lettering on high hardened materials.
8 ) The "fly cutter" and the "Swing engraving head" are independently arranged and controlled. There is no feed interference between the functional parts of the machine tool, so the full stroke machining of the roller can be realized.
9) The vertical and horizontal axes of the machine tool are driven by high precision ball screw to avoid the inaccurate transmission of the gear and rack. Under the automatic control of numerical control system, the automatic feeding and accurate positioning can be realized from the previous pass to the next pass.
10) Workpiece spindle drive with no gap connecting method (patent number: ZL2013 2 0115152.7), the maximum guarantee the transmission accuracy, control the reverse clearance.
11) Machine tailstock with fixed top + high precision tailstock rotating spindle structure, avoid using common activity leading to bring the problem of insufficient support rigidity.
12 ) Machine tool electrical box for special industrial air conditioner, in various harsh environment (such as high temperature, high humidity) to ensure normal operation of electrical.
13) Standard configuration is a full set of German Siemens CNC system, configuration of a full set of original servo motor, drive, make sure the system, servo performance improvements to the best state.
14)CNC system embedded in the development of the cooperation with Siemens company automatic programming software, simply type roll diameter, specifications, parameters, such as automatic editor generated crescent groove machining program and lettering. Reduce the tedious programming work, improve processing efficiency.
