1, Machine tool structure description:
The main body of the XKS1600X2500 CNC gantry milling machine adopts a high-strength resin sand casting structure, which is rigid and does not deform after aging treatment. The gantry span of the machine tool is 1770, and the maximum workpiece that can pass through is 1770. The workbench is made of high-strength cast iron material, with an effective area of 1600X2500, and the machining range of the machine tool is large.
The X-axis of the machine tool guide adopts Taiwan's high-precision linear rolling guide, with a high rated load, low friction coefficient, no crawling at low speeds, and fast starting at high speeds. The Z-axis is equipped with a cylinder balance device.
The three-axis transmission adopts Taiwan's precision ball screw and uses specialized bearings for precision screw, with high axial tension and good accuracy maintenance. X. The Y-axis motor and screw are directly connected for smooth operation and low noise.
The spindle is driven by a servo motor. The spindle is a Taiwanese mechanical spindle with a sleeve structure installation, good rigidity, and high rotation accuracy. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic cutting device.
The CNC system adopts Taiwan's new generation of highly intelligent system, which realizes three-axis linkage and can complete milling processing of straight, oblique, and curved contours. The driving motors are all AC servo motors.
The CNC control console is a single unit operation with an electronic handwheel for easy tool alignment and flexible operation.
The machine tool is equipped with intermittent automatic lubrication, a volumetric oil separator, and a quantitative oil supply to ensure sufficient and reliable lubrication.
Install guide rail protective covers on the x and y guide rails of the machine tool to prevent dust and debris, and extend the service life of the guide rails.
10: The workbench is a vacuum specific adsorption platform, which facilitates the processing of thin plate workpieces. The vacuum pump is selected from high-quality domestic brands, with forced air cooling, making it easy to use.
11: Configure automatic power-off function. After the machining program stops, the power supply of the machine tool can be automatically cut off.
12: Configure automatic air cooling device, which can be controlled by M code.
13: The electrical control cabinet is equipped with isolation transformers to effectively protect all electrical components of the cabinet.
14: The second party shall provide the first party with free installation and debugging of the machine tool.
