CK8450 series CNC roll lathe adopts Siemens 828D numerical control system, servo motor drive. The machine design fully analyzes the Italian ATOMAT company, Germany HERKULES roll lathe technical performance indicators, the mechanical structure of the novel form, at the same time, absorb the domestic well-known enterprise similar machine tool experience.
This series of machine tools are mainly used for the processing of roll, and can also be used for turning round and roll neck, etc., and can be used for turning parts of similar rolling rolls. This machine is suitable for the machining of cast steel, forged steel, alloy steel, chilled cast iron, ductile iron, all kinds of material such as tungsten carbide roll rings, reached the car for grinding effect, reduce the cost and increase efficiency.
2.1CK8450 CNC lathe introduction
The CK8450 CNC rolling mill lathe bed adopts an integrated 4+1 guide rail structure, which means that four rectangular guide rails are horizontally arranged on the bed to provide movement and positioning for the saddle and tailstock, and an auxiliary guide rail is set on the vertical surface of the front side of the bed as an auxiliary support for the saddle. This ensures that the saddle and tool holder have better rigidity and can withstand greater cutting torque.
The benchmark guide rail of the bed adopts integral ultrasonic quenching, and the mating surface is attached with imported guide rail soft tape to ensure micro wear movement of each feeding component, and maintain high precision and stability for a long time. A certain height difference is designed between the saddle guide rail and the tailstock guide rail to ensure that chips and coolant do not invade the saddle guide rail.
2.2CK8450H CNC lathe introduction
1)The bed of ck8450H CNC roll lathe adopts 2 + 3 heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail structure, that is, the bed is horizontally arranged with 2 rectangular guide rails to provide the movement and positioning of the tailstock, the 2 heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails arranged in parallel with it provide the movement and positioning of the bed saddle, and a linear rolling guide rail is set on the vertical plane at the front side of the bed as the auxiliary support of the bed saddle. So as to ensure that the bed saddle and tool holder not only have good bearing rigidity, but also have excellent system response sensitivity and dynamic accuracy.
2)The lathe spindle adopts the form of two-point support, reasonable bearing configuration and span design, and the spindle has high rigidity and bearing capacity. The optimized transmission system adopts 6-level precision gear transmission after high-frequency quenching and grinding, so that the spindle box has the characteristics of low noise, high transmission precision and large output torque.
The spindle drive adopts the stepless speed regulation scheme of 2-gear Shift + variable frequency speed regulation motor drive, so that the machine tool spindle has a speed regulation range of 3 ~ 350rpm wide and high dynamic characteristics.
3)The tailstock adopts the structure scheme of independent rotating main shaft + axial expansion and adjustment of tailstock sleeve, and the taper hole of tailstock main shaft is mt6#. The tailstock body adopts the overall structure, which eliminates the disadvantages of unstable precision, poor bearing capacity and poor reliability caused by the traditional upper and lower split structure.
4)The bed saddle tool adopts the AO type integral tool frame plan. The tool can improve the rigidity of the blade in the turning process of the lathe, and reduce the vibration. And it is used to adjust the position of the tool holder to adjust the roll processing of deep groove groove. This tool is very effective in the roll lathe of HERKULES in Germany. When turning out of the high hardness roll, the unilateral cutting depth can reach 5mm. Our company can also choose to configure the nc tool holder according to the customer's request.
We can configure the vertical nc tool holder with four parts according to customer need, 40 by 40mm section size.
(it is recommended that customers use electric tool holder for processing channel steel and angle steel)
5)Horizontal feed machine adopt servo motor + special servo motor reducer + high precision ball screw transmission scheme, guarantee high torque drive transmission system, and has no positive and negative gap and high driving accuracy and without delay.
6) The machine is equipped with CAXA CNC lathe automatic programming software, and the conversational operating system can automatically program the roll out of the roll and the pass, and reduce the tedious programming work. And the optimized processing program maximizes the reduction of the idle time and increases the efficiency of cutting.
The CAXA CNC software is based on the computer platform, with the original WINDOWS menu and interactive mode, the full English interface, easy to learn and operate. CNC car XP software can complete the auto-generation, code generation and simulation running of CNC software.
The CAXA CNC car software provides flexible post configuration, which can be used to generate the machining code according to the actual modification of the configuration parameters.
