Ck84 series CNC roll lathe adopts Siemens 828d CNC system and is driven by servo motor. During the design of the machine tool, the roll lathe of Italian atom company and German Herkules company are fully analyzed, and the experience of similar machine tools of domestic well-known enterprises is absorbed.
This series of machine tools are mainly used for pass machining of rolls, turning the outer circle and roll neck of rolls, and turning parts similar to rolls. It is suitable for cutting cast steel, forged steel, alloy steel, chilled cast iron, nodular cast iron, tungsten carbide roller ring and other materials, so as to achieve the effect of replacing grinding with turning, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.
2, Features of ck8480 CNC roll lathe
1. The bed of ck8480 CNC roll lathe adopts the overall 4 + 1 guide rail structure, that is, the bed is horizontally arranged with four rectangular guide rails to provide the movement and positioning of carriage and tailstock respectively, and an auxiliary guide rail is set on the vertical plane at the front side of the bed as the auxiliary support carriage. This ensures that the bed saddle and tool holder have better rigidity and can bear greater cutting torque.
The reference guide rail of the bed is quenched by the overall super audio frequency, and the matching surface is pasted with the imported guide rail soft belt to ensure the micro wear movement of each feeding part and maintain high precision and high stability for a long time. A certain height difference is designed between carraige guide rail and the tailstock guide rail to ensure that chips and coolant will not invade carraige guide rail.
2. The lathe spindle adopts the form of two-point support, reasonable bearing configuration and span design, and the spindle has high rigidity and bearing capacity. The optimized transmission system adopts 6-level precision gear transmission after high-frequency quenching and grinding, so that the spindle box has the characteristics of low noise, high transmission precision and large output torque.
The spindle drive adopts the stepless speed regulation scheme of 3-gear Shift + DC speed regulation motor drive, so that the machine tool spindle has a speed regulation range of 3 ~ 240rpm wide and high dynamic characteristics. In view of the cutting requirements of rib removal and old repair and large cutting amount of blank opening roll, low gear can be adopted to ensure not only the constant torque of the main motor, but also the cutting efficiency. 3. The tailstock adopts the structure scheme of independent rotating spindle + axial expansion and adjustment of tailstock sleeve, and the taper hole of tailstock spindle is MORSE6#. The tailstock body adopts the overall structure, which eliminates the disadvantages of unstable precision, poor bearing capacity and poor reliability caused by the traditional upper and lower split structure.
The tailstock is equipped with center jacking force digital detection, display and alarm functions to avoid damage and rapid wear of machine tool bearings and parts caused by unlimited jacking force, so as to ensure the service life of the machine tool.

The tailstock adopts electric movement as a whole, which reduces the workload. The tailstock sleeve is assembled electrically and manually. It greatly improves the efficiency and stability of workers clamping workpieces.
4. AO type integral tool rest scheme is adopted for tool holder. The tool holder can improve the rigidity of the tool bar in the turning process of the machine tool and reduce the vibration. By adjusting the position of the tool holder backing plate, it can adapt to the roll processing of deep groove pass. Reduce the insufficient rigidity of the tool handle caused by the extension of the tool handle, make the tool handle resonate and affect the cutting performance. When turning the outer circle of high hardness roll, the one-time cutting depth of one side can reach 10mm.
5. The vertical and horizontal feeding of the machine tool adopts the transmission scheme of servo motor + special reducer for servo motor + high-precision ball screw to ensure high torque transmission of the transmission system without positive and negative clearance, high transmission accuracy and hysteresis. Compared with gearbox transmission, it has the characteristics of large transmission torque, high precision and simple maintenance.
6. The machine tool is equipped with CAXA CNC lathe automatic programming software. The dialogue operating system can automatically program the roll outer circle and pass, which reduces the cumbersome programming work. Moreover, the optimized machining program minimizes the idle feed time and improves the cutting efficiency.
CAXA CNC lathe is based on the computer platform, adopts the original windows menu and interactive mode, and has an all Chinese interface, which is easy to learn and operate. NC lathe XP software can complete the functions of automatic tool path generation, code generation and simulation operation of NC lathe processing.
The machine tool can easily identify CAD, electronic plate and other graphic formats. Just provide drawings, and the system will automatically generate cutting programs and reasonable allocation of cutting processes. The system also has the function of trajectory simulation, which can detect the correctness of the program in advance, and can also check the cutting state of the program in real time in the cutting process. Compared with the traditional method, the efficiency is improved by 50% ~ 70%.
CAXA CNC lathe software provides a flexible post configuration mode, which can modify the configuration parameters according to the actual situation of its own machine tool to generate the machining code in line with the machine tool specification.
