1. Unscrew the oil injection port cover and transfer the hydraulic oil
Inject (ISOVG32, 46, 68 or equivalent hydraulic oil) and observe the oil level in the oil level gauge. The oil level should be submerged to the top mark of the oil level gauge. If the bottom mark of the oil level gauge is found during daily use, it indicates insufficient oil in the tank. Please add oil before use, otherwise it may cause system instability and pump damage. Insufficient oil damage is not guaranteed.
2. Unscrew the fixing screws on the side junction box of the motor, remove the cover, wire according to the wiring diagram shown on the motor nameplate, and ensure that the input voltage does not exceed the maximum allowable operating voltage of the motor.
3. Connect various hydraulic pipelines and electrical control circuits.
4. Start the motor, turn it off after about 1 second, and observe whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the pump's indicated rotation direction. The motor is normally clockwise. If it is not consistent, please swap any 2 of the motor's 3-phase wires. If the motor is not in clockwise, please do not use it for a long time, which may cause the oil pump to burn out and is not covered by the warranty. (The motor does not rotate clockwise and the hydraulic station will not have pressure and cannot be used normally).
5. Start the motor again. The system can be used (when using it for the first time, please let the system run empty for a period of time to facilitate the elimination of air in the pipeline).
matters needing attention
It is necessary to follow the principle of breaking piles from top to bottom, and the height of the pile is determined by the concrete grade. It is recommended that the section of each pile should not exceed 40cm
1. During the process of pile breaking, it is prohibited to forcefully lift or pull the drill rod before it is fully retracted into the cylinder body. (The above picture shows the incorrect operation method, which can easily break the drill rod and guide flange.)
2. It is prohibited to use the pile breaking machine as a lifting plane to lift concrete blocks (the above picture is a serious incorrect operation method, as the pile breaking machine is prone to damage)
